Refund Policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

If FixWit Plus isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and you'll get your money back in full. No questions asked.

• For a renewal, you can ask within 14 days of the renewal date.
• To ask, reply to your receipt email from Paddle, use the link in it, or write to support@fixwit.app.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, processes them.
• After a refund, Plus is turned off on your computers. The check, internet fixes and undo keep working for free, and changes made earlier can still be undone.
